Let me see.. this was one of those weeks at work where you come in on Monday... and the next thing you know it is Friday.. a great week, lots of wonderful things happening.. Including our Annual appeal "Kick off day" for employees. I am so proud of all the Rumford Hospital employees who donated this year... In under an hour we had collected nearly $4000.00... Way to GO!
As I said, before I knew it, the weekend was here. Joe and I went out to the Movies Friday Night.. this we seldom do.. but I was dying to see "GRAVITY"... it was good.. especially in 3D.. but I would not say it was great.. Oh well. I might buy the DVD...
Saturday morning we got up and did a lot of chores around the house.. one of which was to finish putting away all the pool furniture. The pool has been closed for a while.. but we had not taken care of everything yet.
Hate to see the end of summer, but glad to have that chore done.
Gabe was coming over tonight to sleep and we wanted to be sure we got his room all set. We bought him a big boy bed and moved the crib into another room for Greyson... Gabe did great.. he loved his new bed and slept all night in it.
Will and Rachael love it!
After we set up the table we were all hungry.. Gabe as well. We went to the local AppleBee's just a couple miles from their place.. It was very quiet and we enjoyed a nice lunch together.. followed by shopping at Target.. (although Gabe kept calling it Walmart)
The highlight of our afternoon was Will's idea. We took Gabe out to the Augusta Airport to watch the planes take off and land.. He loved it.

All in all it was a great week. We were hoping to start our renovation on the kitchen but Lenny has talked us into waiting until after the Holidays.. I think he is right.. I don't need the stress.
Gabe had a great time and he loves riding in Papa Joe's truck... Sleep tight tonight Gabe.. we love you.
