Week #15 - A very special post for a very special Friend.

30 Years ago today... A very special young boy was born.. He brought so much love and joy to his family and friends.. He was fun to be around.. a great athlete, a wonderful brother, son and Father... Unfortunately, just a few weeks after his birthday last year... we had to say goodbye to Brandon...

Brandon... you are missed everyday and you were so beloved on this earth...

Brandon's Mom is one of my very good friends... She is the kind of person that you can go weeks without having any contact.. and when you see each other.. you just pick up where you left off... Michelle is one of those people.. she is a great woman whom I admire .. and I am proud to say she is my friend... This summer, Michelle and her husband Buddy (Norman) are building their dream house.. a cabin in the woods if you will... in Byron Maine.. with the most spectacular views of Tumbledown Mountain.... 

Today I was there as the team was placing the trusses on the roof.. the plan is to have the cabin buttoned up for winter.. and to work on the inside next year.. this is going to be a little piece of heaven on earth!

I am so happy for Michelle and Buddy... on this very special day.. they are making their dreams come true.. and I know that Brandon is looking down on you and is very pleased..
